Collective Worship
At St. Margaret's CofE Primary School we have a clear timetable for Collective Worship each week which can be seen below.

Whole School Christian Scripture using Big Start Assemblies resources following a 3-year plan. This worship is usually led by the headteacher. |

Class Worship on a whole school theme led by the class teacher |
Whole School Celebration of our Christian Vision and Values |
In every worship we gather with a child lighting a candle and using the words:
"Jesus, light of the world is here.
Lord Jesus, shine on us."
We always send out with a reminder of our school vision: "Live life in all its fullness." (John 10:10)
We usually include our school prayer in our worship:
Dear God,
Help us to be the best that we can be,
To be wise at all times,
To endure through the struggles
Amen
We often also use the Lord's prayer in our collective worship:
Our Father in Heaven
Hallowed be your name
Your kingdom come, your will be done,
On Earth as it is in heaven,
Give us today our daily bread,
And forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us,
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil,
For yours is the kingdom, the power and the glory
For ever and ever
